General rule
MixMint distributes digital-only products. Under Indian Law, digital assets are non-reversal items once a sync token has been issued. All sales are final.
No refund
- Operator Error
- Mind State Change
- Hardware Mismatch
- Sub-par Sonic Quality
- Permanent Lockouts
Refund approved
- Duplicate Payments
- Failed Node Sync
- Legal Asset Removal
- Valid Fraud Detection
Re-downloads
Each purchase includes 3 complete downloads within 7 days of payment. During those 7 days, downloads work only on the device and network you first downloaded on. After 3 downloads, or once the 7 days are over, you can re-download for 50% of the price (the device lock no longer applies). Failed downloads never count. Download Insurance makes re-downloads free. A paid re-download is a re-licensing fee, not a refund.
How to request a refund
Submit reversal requests to our synchronization support protocol within 48 hours of original transmission.
Include Order ID and Telemetry logs in transmission payload.
